Deposits :-
A deposit is payable at the time of booking and is non refundable.
Invoices :-
An invoice will be sent as confirmation of your booking once payment of deposit has been paid.
Balance :-
Remaining balance will be due to be paid 1 week prior to your event date.
Delivery :-
Delivery charges may apply. These will be confirmed during your enquiry.
Balloon Care :-
All balloons excluding helium filled latex balloons are inflated at least 24 hours before to ensure quality control.
Responsibility is with the customer after drop of or collection.
Keep balloons away from direct sunlight and warm places.
Avoid very low temperatures as this can effect the float time of the balloon.
Keep balloons away from children and pets.
